Kayla Stempien

With over five years behind the chair, my career has taken me across three cities—starting in Mount Pleasant, MI, then Rochester, MI, and now Chattanooga. Building my clientele from scratch three times taught me patience and deep compassion for people. I’m so proud of the connections I’ve made along the way. Beauty has always been in my blood. My mom was a hairstylist, and though I initially pursued cosmetology for makeup, I quickly discovered my true passion was hair. Some things are just meant to be! I strive to create a space where guests feel comfortable expressing their personal style through hair. To me, hair is art—a beautiful way to make a statement and showcase individuality. Right now, I’m loving dreamy butterfly layers and the return of the shag! Staying current is important to me, so I regularly attend classes, special events, and draw inspiration from fellow stylists. Every day, I’m grateful to turn passion into purpose, helping others see their beauty reflected in the mirror and in the world around them.
