Prices listed are subject to increase based upon length and thickness of hair. Prices listed are based on Level 1 stylists and increase based on your stylist.

reservations

Salon services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend booking ahead to ensure availability. A credit card or gift card is required to reserve all salon services. 

​

gift cards

Gift cards may be redeemed for services and must be presented at the time of the appointment. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire, however, if they are not used for 12 consecutive months, a $2 per month dormancy fee will be deducted for each following month.

Any sales activity with your Gift card will begin the 12 month time frame over again (for example, if your gift card has not been used for 11 months, a small service transaction with the card will begin the period over again, and extend the period of time that a dormancy fee may begin).

guest cancellation

 

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged a 50% fee.

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment; if you are a first-time guest a profile form will be completed prior to service.

late arrivals

We regret that late arrivals may not be able to receive their full service. Arrivals later than 15 minutes will not be able to be seen and will be responsible for full service fees.

jewelry

We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.

children and teens

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for their service. We ask that you respect other clientele and make reservations for childcare prior to your visit.
